What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) Our in-stock styles start from 300 pairs per order. If you would like your own logo added, the MOQ is 1,000 pairs or more, and a logo customization fee applies. If you would like us to develop a completely new shoe model for you, the MOQ is 20,000 pairs or more, plus an additional mould/tooling development fee — this fee is quoted based on your specific requirements.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes, we do charge for samples. However, sea freight from China to Ghana takes a long time, so we suggest you arrange an air freight forwarder with you in advance and keep the payment receipt. We will then deliver the samples to your airline/forwarder directly — this saves you considerable time. Once you place a bulk order, we will refund both the sample fee and the shipping cost.
How long is production and shipping to Tema?
Production time is calculated from the date we receive your deposit. For items we have in stock, we will complete inspection and dispatch within one week. For items that need to be manufactured, please allow approximately one month from deposit to shipment. Sea transport from Xiamen Port to Ghana takes around 50 days.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit in advance and the 70% balance before shipment. Before you pay the balance, we will send you product photos and an inspection report for your approval. We collect payment through WorldFirst; if you are not familiar with this method, we will be glad to walk you through it step by step.
Do you handle shipping and customs documents?
Our factory is responsible for your order, the goods, and the commercial invoice. Freight booking and the customs declaration documents are handled by your logistics provider, so please arrange your forwarder in advance — we will coordinate fully with them on our side. If you do not yet have a forwarder, we can help you find one, but the shipping charges themselves are to be paid by you.
What if a pair has a defect after arrival?
Send photos or a short video with the style and size code. Confirmed manufacturing defects — sole separation, knit holes, colour mismatch, logo faults — are credited against your next order or replaced free in the following shipment. We ask for a defect rate report so we correct it at source.
Can you copy a sample shoe I already sell?
Yes. Post us the shoe and our pattern team will match the upper structure, sole profile and size grading, then quote you in three quality grades so you can choose the price point that fits your market.
Are your shoes suitable for hot, dusty climates?
That is the core design brief for our export knits: breathable single-layer uppers, quick-drying yarn, sweat-resistant insoles and outsoles compounded for high road temperatures. Kids and women's styles add reinforced toes for hard wear.
